RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At PsyGalaxy, we aim to provide premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience to every customer. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Exchange & Return Policy

We offer returns and exchanges for eligible orders.

  • ₹150 + applicable shipping charges will be charged for all exchanges.

  • A flat ₹150 handling fee will be charged for returns.

  • Customers are requested to check the size guide carefully before placing an order.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in the form of Store Credit.

  • Store Credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • No refunds will be transferred to bank accounts, UPI, cards, wallets, or original payment methods.


3. Free Replacement for Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • Wrong item

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect size sent by our side

  • Product quality issue

  • Wrong product received

Then:

  • Replacement/exchange will be completely free of charge.

  • No handling or shipping fee will be charged in such cases.


4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, refund, or damage claim.

Requirements:

  • Video must be recorded from the beginning before opening the parcel.

  • Parcel label should be clearly visible.

  • Product and issue must be clearly shown in the video.

Without a valid unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.


5. Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video

  • Product images (if applicable)


6. Return & Exchange Conditions

Products will only be accepted if:

  • Item is unused and unwashed

  • Original packaging is available

  • Tags are intact

  • Product is returned in proper condition

We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if the product fails our quality inspection.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Customized or limited-edition products

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (if applicable)


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


9. Processing Timeline

  • Exchanges and Store Credits are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and successful quality inspection.

  • Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
