⚠️ UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY — PLEASE READ
Please record an unboxing video every time your order is delivered. This is required in case of any discrepancy such as item lost, duplicate product received, wrong product received, or any issue related to the product. Refunds in such cases are only possible if an unboxing video of the parcel at the time of delivery is available.
