At PsyGalaxy, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and printed after confirmation.
- Processing time: 2–4 working days
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
Since our products are made on demand, processing may take slightly longer during high-demand periods.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched:
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days (depending on location)
- Total delivery time: 5–9 working days from order placement
Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Customer location
- Courier partner
- External factors (weather, delays, etc.)
3. Shipping Coverage
We offer PAN India shipping.
Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can use this link to track your order in real time.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
